Pedagogical Leader

This course is developed for school leaders (Senior Teachers, Heads of Departments, Section Heads, Vice-Principals, and Principals). School leaders’ prime responsibility is to ensure effective learning of all students. School needs to cater to the educational needs of the students to have their holistic development. Pedagogical leaders ensure that appropriate rich opportunities are provided for students to experience learning, learning to fail and to try again differently to succeed, to have the right kind of support for learning, to get the best feedback for improvement, and the objective assessment for reinforcing learning. This course will guide the prospective school leaders to gain essential knowledge, skills, and competencies to develop as pedagogical leaders.
